Mr Jim MARSDEN LL.B., Chair
Jim Marsden is the Senior Partner of Marsdens Law Group. Jim has always been committed to the local community and over the years he has been involved in many organisations, including Chambers of Commerce, Odyssey House, Salvation Army, Lifeline Macarthur and many other charities. Jim's commercial skills have been used to great effect in sport. He was heavily involved in the successful Wests/Balmain Joint Venture leading to the formation of the Wests Tigers. He is a former Director of the NSWRL and the Western Suburbs Football Club. Jim's late brother, John Marsden, was Chairman of the Board from 1995 until his death, in May, 2006. His love for art runs in the Marsden family and Jim has now taken over John's role as Chairman with much pride.

Mr Philip VALE, Deputy Chair
Mr. Phil Vale is the director of Vale Display Systems Pty. Limited, and an art collector. He has an award winning profile within the corporate community and a reputation for excellence in communication and commercial sectors, along with a committed understanding of marketing and promotion. Vale Displays Systems is a major sponsor of the 2000 Sydney Para Olympics.

Mr Ferdie DOMINELLI
Mr Ferdie Dominelli has long been associated with Ford Motor Company and Volvo Australia and has developed strong ties within the community through his previous terms as Councillor of The City of Hurstville. He is a long time representative of the business community, particularly with local and regional business and the Italian community. During the last 30 years, Ferdie has successfully raised large amounts for charity through his tireless efforts to help those less fortunate. In recent years Ferdie has been involved in the construction business and residential developments, which has earned him a solid reputation for his attention to quality, design and detail.

Mr Owen JEFFRESS
Mr Jeffress' knowledge and experience of the Western Sydney community spans more than forty years. Mr Jeffress has grown up in Liverpool and he has worked to build a successful family business in the local area. Mr Jeffress has been affiliated with many community organisations including the Liverpool Greenway Rotary Club for which he was President from 2004-2005. He has also been a member of the 1st Moorebank Scout Group for 10 years and a member of the Friends of the Casula Powerhouse, acting as Secretary for the past 3 years.

Assoc Prof Joanna MENDELSSOHN
Ass. Professor Joanna Mendelssohn is the coordinator of the Master of Art Administration program at the College of Fine Arts, University of New South Wales. She has completed a PhD in Australian Literature and her curatorial work includes exhibitions on J. N. Kilgour (Newcastle 1978), Sydney Long (S.H. Ervin 1979) and the catalogue for the Yellow House (Art Gallery of New South Wales 1990). Dr Mendelssohn's major books are: Letters and Liars (1996): Lionel Lindsay an Artist and his Family (Chatto & Windus 1988); The Life and Art of Sydney Long (McGraw-Hill 1980). Dr. Mendelssohn has written widely in Australian journals and has written art criticism for the Sydney Morning Herald, Independent Monthly, and from 1988 to 1995 was the art critic for the Bulletin. Dr. Mendelssohn is currently the Sydney art critic for the Australian. Dr. Mendelssohn was awarded the 1991 Geraldine Pascall Prize for art criticism and the 1992 George Munster Prize for Freelance Journalism.

Ms Eugenia RASKOPOULOS
Eugenia Raskopoulos is a Senior Lecturer, University of Western Sydney. She is a visual artist whose work engages with photo media and video installation. Her work investigates sexuality, identity and language and aims to address this in a private and public space.

Dr Mark SHUHEVYCH, M.B.B.S.
Dr. Mark Shuhevych has been a resident of Liverpool since 1957. From 1975 to 2000 he worked as a Medical Practitioner (MBBS, Sydney) in general practice on Memorial Avenue in Liverpool. He is now retired and serves as a representative of the Friends of Liverpool Regional Museum on the Casula Powerhouse Board of Management.

Mr David TUXFORD
David Tuxford has held a Senior Management position in Local Government since 1988. Whilst employed by Wollondilly Shire Council, he managed the Finance Division and carried out both management accounting and financial accounting functions on behalf of Council. He acted in the capacity of Director on a number of extended periods when the incumbent was on leave, and regularly attended Council meetings, sitting on a number of Council committees. In February 1996, he commenced employment with Fairfield City Council his resignation in February 1999. In March 1999, commenced employment with Hawkesbury City Council as Manager Financial Planning and later was appointed as Manager Administration Services. Also acted in the capacity of Director Corporate Services from February 2003 until September 2003. In early December 2003 commenced employment with Liverpool City Council as Manager Corporate Services / Public Officer.

Ms Debbie WALLACE
Ms Wallace's knowledge and experience of the Western Sydney community expands more than twenty years. Detective Chief Inspector Deborah Wallace joined the NSW Police in 1983 and was placed at Blacktown Patrol. Her initial work was in General Duties until 1986 when Ms Wallace began investigative duties and was designated as a Detective in 1989. In October 2001, Ms Wallace was appointed to the Casula Powerhouse, Liverpool Regional Museum and Penrith Regional Gallery "Anita and Beyond" Curatorium. "Anita and Beyond" is an exhibition and public program that examines and presents the cultural and social impact of the 1986 murder of Mrs Anita Cobby on the communities of Western Sydney. Ms Wallace re-inacted Mrs Cobby's path for national television.
