Director
The Director is responsible for the development and
implementation of policies and programs to build and promote all levels of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. The role's purpose is to develop and implement sustainable entrepreneurial strategies that strengthen the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre's position.

Augusta Supple Assistant Director

The Assistant Director is responsible for the operational and administrative management of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre’s infrastructure, strategic planning, business development and audience engagement. The role's purpose is to assist the Director in developing the future vision for CPAC in delivery of cultural plans and creative industry strategy.

Administration Co-ordinator
The Administration Coordinator manages all administration systems of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre.

Administration Assistant
The Administration Assistant supports the Administration Coordinator in managing the administration systems of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre.

Julie Mainprize

Front of House Supervisor
The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for the operation of all Front of House areas including reception and foyer, theatre, café/bar areas and galleries.

Box Office Supervisor
The Box Office Supervisor provides a welcoming and efficient service to visitors and clients of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre seeking ticketing, memberships and related services.

Visitor Services Officers
Visitor Services Officers are the first point of contact with visitors, clients and other stakeholders visiting the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. Their role is to provide efficient and effective information and box office services in person or by telephone or email to all Casula Powerhouse visitors.

Technical Manager
The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical support to presenters and clients to meet production requirements and to support a range of small and live performances and events. The position is also responsible for the management, maintenance and security of all centre technical equipment including lighting, sound and audio visual.

Assistant Technical Producers
The Assistant Technical Producers work closely with the Technical Producer to provide services and technical support to presenters and clients. These services include the management and maintenance of all theatrical and gallery technical equipment including lighting, sound and audio visual.

Marketing and Media Officer
The Marketing and Media Officer manages the entire marketing and Media requirements of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre including local and metropolitan advertising, online and direct mail strategies and communications for all programs.

Curator
The Curator sources and manages the artworks of an exhibition. The Curator also works with the artists to develop the accompanying catalogue.

Registrar
The Registrar manages and coordinates the registration, movement and storage of all moveable objects for the Collection and temporary loans for the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. The position also assists in the installation of exhibitions and preparation of gallery spaces.

Producer, Centre Programs
The Producer, Centre Programs manages and maintains the Casula Powerhouse program schedule and event management booking system. The position is responsible for delivering logistical plans for the Centre's programs as well as producing festivals, events and productions.

Theatre Producer 
The Producer, Theatre is responsible for sourcing, producing and evaluating theatre programs including dance, music and special events and in-house resident/partnership/external events which contribute to the Centre's theatre program.

Vi Girgis

Education and Public Programs Manager/Assistant Curator
The Producer, Public Programs is responsible for developing a range of innovative interpretive education and public programs and events that will cultivate the interests of new and existing audiences who visit the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. The role also develops, implements and evaluates community educational programs relating to the visual arts, crafts and performing arts. The Assistant Curator assists the curators in developing exhibitions, as well as curating the Kids Gallery.

Public Programs and Education Officer
The Public Programs and Education Officer assists the Producer, Public Programs in creating exciting and engaging experiences for members of the community. The role also involves coordinating and developing excursions and innovative education programs.

Creative Producer, Community Cultural Engagement
The Creative Producer, Community Cultural Engagement in line with the Community Cultural Engagement Strategy vision, objectives, strategies, actions and KPIs assists Liverpool communities to create viable and sustainable cultural industries. The position also facilitates access and understanding of the communities of South Western Sydney through the development and implementation of specific community and cultural projects within Western Sydney.

Creative Producer, Pacific Programs
The Creative Producer, Pacific Programs role is to develop meaningful and sustainable Pacific programs in concert with local communities. The position also coordinates innovative Pacific projects with leading artists to deliver internationally recognised programs and also develops and maintains key partnerships with community, industry and sport organisations.

Bellbird Cafe Staff
The Cafe Staff are in charge of the running of the cafe and all catering requirements of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre
