Larter Family Values
Curated by Associate Professor Joanna Mendelssohn
Following a 2006 National Tour, this exhibition traces the relationship between the Larters and the intermingling of life and art within the context of the energy, freedom and radicalism of the 1960s. It includes a variety of works by both Richard and Pat including paintings, film, mail art, taped records of performances and personal and public ephemera.
The paintings, films, performances and mail art of Richard and Pat Larter redefine the very concept of family.
