Frances Larder’s exhibition of eight intricately stitched quilts reference her Dutch heritage and the impact and genocide of the Dutch Settlers in Indonesia at the time of Independence, which led to an expanded diasporic community in Australia. Landscape of the Soul is the outcome of Larder’s Masters studies at Curtin University.
