A collaboration between three internationally acclaimed experimental music ensembles that brings to life the soaring industrial space of CPAC's famous Turbine Hall.

Three revered art music ensembles, International Contemporary Ensemble(New York) Ensemble Adapter (Berlin) and Ensemble Offspring (Australia), perform a surround-sound concert in the Casula Powerhouse’s vast Turbine Hall. Experience industrial and experimental chamber compositions The Dam and Cleave by Australian composers Kate Moore and Natasha Anderson.

The Dam by Kate Moore and Cleave by Natasha Anderson will follow Audience Choir, Alice Chance’s communal choral project performed with amplified classical instruments, electronics, and you!

ALICE CHANCE’S AUDIENCE CHOIR
For this participatory choral experience, Alice Chance has created a Sonic Identity Quiz for members of the audience to download on their mobile phones, unlocking one of sixteen sound files that build an immersive sonic world. As choir master, Alice then teaches the audience simple, canonic melodies to sing back to her, creating a unique, evolving soundscape.

Bellbird Dining and Bar will be open for light meals and drinks before and after the performance. You can book a ticket and meal package which also includes a glass of wine for $70 (or $50 concession) here.
