They run the show. They ask the questions. They are Greg.

Welcome to The Greg Show, a live television program filmed, performed and hosted by Shopfront’s 2016 Junior Ensemble.

A mash up of early-morning and late-night talk show formats, The Greg Show is full of the stuff young people watch on YouTube daily but never get to see on TV. No television station would give this show the green light.

Each performance is a new episode of the show and will feature your favourite segments – hard-hitting sketches, stand-up comedy, competitions and Q & As.

The Greg Show engages with enfranchisement of children and what makes them who they are, on their own terms rather than those of adults.

All consumed with the hysterical technocratic immediacy of the world they live in, Greg wants you to know that this has not made them lazy and stupid. The Greg Show is a reflection of the media they watch and consume, their place in the world and what they would like that place to be.

Just don’t ask us why they are called Greg.
