Artist statement:

“When creating the works for this exhibition I thought deeply about my culture and what it means to me, in particular my connection to my cultural spirituality and cultural knowledge…. Country and my culture embraces the past and informs the future, if I am portraying country and culture in my work, I am giving my inner self to the outside world.” – Peta Link, 2023.
