We’re so excited to welcome you back into our Theatre again after the toughest time ever for live performance over the last year or two. Nothing beats the thrill of enjoying spectacular performances together.

Our capacities will be limited and probably vary throughout the year as we ensure we follow all NSW Health guidelines to entertain you in a Covid-safe way, so book early to ensure your seats.

Enhance your experience by enjoying a delicious meal before or after your theatre show! The chefs in our on-site restaurant, Bellbird Dining & Bar have created bespoke lunch menus inspired by the shows in our 2022 Matinee Season. Coming of Age is an unconventional love story. We follow Jenny, the working-class daughter of a labouring man from humble beginnings, and Peter, the progeny of new money as they fall in love. Together they come of age against the backdrop of WWII, facing challenges of rationing, conscription and mechanised warfare. This historical drama watches two star-crossed lovers fight to be together against the adversity of their class and circumstances. Written by LPAE’s own Tony Woollams, it asks us to consider how far have we come, and what we have to learn from the repetition of history.
