Casual Kiosk Attendant (Wait Staff)

Waitstaff required for a very busy restaurant in Casula, Liverpool. Our restaurant Bellbird Dining & Bar is located within the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre - Liverpool City Council’s premier multi-disciplinary arts and culture Centre set on the banks of the Georges River in Western Sydney.

Previous hospitality experience or customer service experience is desired with a good understanding of food service delivery. You must be able to work within a team and a fast-paced environment. Day shifts available as well as of an evening and weekends.

Casual Theatre Technician

The Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, Liverpool City Council’s premier multi-disciplinary arts and culture Centre set on the banks of the Georges River in Western Sydney is looking for professional and reliable theatre technicians to be part of our energetic, vibrant and growing team. We are looking for people with at least 3 years’ experience and/or qualifications in live production, performances and/or technical services relating to the entertainment industry. We are looking for people with strong work ethics and multitasking skills.

The casual Theatre Technicians provide assistance to the Technical Producer, Engagement and Hire Officer and Curatorial Team in the provision of technical (lighting, sound and audio visual) installation and operation for a diverse range of theatre programs including dance, music, multi-media, film and special events, as well as in-house/external events which all contribute to the centre’s theatre program. This includes working closely with the Theatre Technician and the Venue Technical staff in setting up, striking, and operating all equipment to support a range of small to large live performances and events. This technical support is to be provided with properly developed and managed WHS practices and risk management procedures.
