32ND ANNUAL MIL-PRA AECG ART EXHIBITION

The annual Mil-Pra Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (AECG) exhibition and art prizes celebrate the significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture in our region and beyond.

This year we proudly be celebrated the 32nd edition of the Mil-Pra AECG exhibition and art prize!

Exhibition entries for the adult category were open to all types of artworks by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists 18+ living in both NSW and the ACT.

Entries for the youth category were open to youth of all backgrounds including pre-school, primary and high school students.

The Mil-Pra AECG Award of $1,500 was awarded to the adult artist whose work best celebrates the theme ‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud.’

It was free to enter and free to attend the launch event. Major prizes alone were worth over $8000 and contribute greatly to artist’s confidence and career.
