WORKSHOPS

We've got a range of workshops and activities that will enable you to channel your creativity, look after your health, discover your inner artist and socialise with other like-minded people. See below for the current range of workshops.

This term we have a focus on Art Therapy which is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The creative process involved in expressing one’s self artistically can help people to resolve issues as well as develop and manage their behaviors and feelings, reduce stress, and improve self-esteem and awareness.

You don’t need to be talented or an artist to receive the benefits. It can achieve different things for different people but it can be used to heal one’s inner-self in a way that may provide the individual with a deeper understanding of him or herself. We invite you to join our trainees in a safe and fun environment.
